This large 350 sq. meters (about 3600 sq. feet) 4 bedroom penthouse is located at the beginning of Ipanema, next to Arpoador, less than a minute walk from the beach.

The penthouse is divided on 3 floors:
The first floor offers 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms - one in suite. The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable new beds - 2 king and 2 queen size beds. For bigger families there is the option of 5 separated beds (two single beds in the fourth bedroom). AC in all bedrooms guarantees comfortable temperature during the night. The second floor offers a very large and nice decorated living room of 65 sq. meters (around 700 sq. feet) equipped with cable TV, DVD and home theater sound system. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to have always fresh fruits and cold drinks or even to cook yourself a nice meal - dining table for 8 people.

The third floor offers a small lounge with support kitchen for fresh coffee, fruits or cold drinks. A very large full bathroom and an additional toilet offer more comfort for your guests after a hot day on the terrace without disturbing your privacy on the first floor. The lounge is connected to a room made of the glass on the terrace with a large dinning table. Here you can enjoy the nice view over the Ipanema beach or hang out having drinks even during rainy days. The "glass-room" gives you access to the open air area with the private pool. Beach accessories for sunbathing are also provided.
